Refund and Returns Policy
Our Return Policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for addressing damaged or defective products.
Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective.
Reporting Time: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Reports after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process: Contact our customer service with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide return instructions after verifying the damage.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
Refund or Replacement: After we inspect the returned item, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
Non-Returnable Items: Products that are not damaged or defective, or if the return request is made after 24 hours, will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for damaged items. For other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
